The Prada America’s Cup White/Silver Trainers combine white patent leather with silver-toned technical fabric in the model’s streamlined, low-top shape. White laces, a rounded toe and a sculpted white sole keep the colourway clean, with a small red Prada Linea Rossa detail at the tongue.
Technical fabric forms the textured panels along the sides and around the collar. Smooth, glossy leather frames those sections, running from the lacing area through the toe and around the heel. The difference between the two surfaces is most visible in profile, where the silver-toned fabric sits inside the curved white overlays.
Prada introduced the America’s Cup design in connection with the Luna Rossa sailing team in the late 1990s. This version retains the model’s close, flowing outline and distinctive Linea Rossa branding. Prada also specifies a 40 mm rubber sole with a rubber tread.
White and silver give the pair a restrained look despite the contrast in texture. Wear them with denim, dark trousers or light neutral clothing to bring out either the bright leather or the cooler silver panels.
