About this pair.
The Hermès Bouncing Gris Nuage Trainers combine textured mesh and suede goatskin in a soft grey colourway. White laces and a white rubber sole keep the low-top silhouette light in appearance, while black inserts add contrast at the heel and beneath the shoe.
The mesh runs across the toe and side panels, framed by suede around the front, eyestay and heel. These changes in texture give the pale upper definition without adding another strong colour. A white fabric ribbon completes the back of the shoe.
The Bouncing sole has a distinctive ridged edge and a large black H-shaped detail at the outer heel. Black sections also appear on the outsole, making the graphic design visible from the side and underneath. Hermès lists the sole height as 4 cm.
Gris Nuage is Hermès’ name for this pale grey shade. The combination of grey, white and small black accents works with light denim, cream trousers and other neutral outfits, while the shaped sole gives the pair a sportier outline.
