The Prada Monolith Black Brushed Leather Chelsea Boots pair a smooth black upper with the Monolith line’s oversized lug sole. Their ankle-height Chelsea shape keeps the upper simple, leaving the deep tread and broad sole to define the look.
Elasticated panels sit at the sides of the boots, with pull tabs at the top of the shaft. An enamelled Prada triangle logo appears near the upper edge. The rounded toe and uninterrupted front panel show the brushed leather clearly against the more textured sole.
The 55 mm rubber sole has large, widely spaced lugs visible around the toe, sides and heel. This pronounced outline gives the boots a different profile from a traditional slim Chelsea boot, while the all-black finish makes the shape easy to pair with denim, tailored trousers or a longer coat.
